Job Description: 
 

​Are you an organized and efficient multitasker with a passion for administrative work? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our thriving Google-certified photo agency as an administrative assistant.

Responsibilities: 

  • Providing administrative support to our team, including managing calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

  • Maintaining and updating records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation

  • Conducting research and gathering information to support projects and initiatives

  • Assisting with event planning and coordination

  • Handling general office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Docs

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • A professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach

Additional Skills (preferred): 

  • Knowledge of Calendly, Zoom & CRM platforms

  • Experience in event planning or coordination
