Are you a relationship builder with a passion for sales, marketing, and growth strategy? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy identifying new opportunities to help businesses succeed? If so, we want you to join our Google-certified photo agency as a Business Development Manager.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, developing client partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with active outreach and collaboration.
Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries including retail, hospitality, real estate, and attractions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and local business networks.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.

Conduct product demos and presentations showcasing the value of virtual tours and related services.

Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables.

Track pipeline progress using CRM tools and provide regular reporting on goals and metrics.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to promote Midwest Pano’s brand.

Stay informed on digital marketing trends, Google updates, and competitive activity to guide strategy.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in a technology-based industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is a plus

Familiarity with Google Street View and virtual tour technologies is highly desirable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
