Job Description: 
 

​We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and target potential clients and businesses, including real estate agencies, retail stores, restaurants, educational institutions, and other relevant industries

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business development goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, and use insights to develop tailor-made solutions for clients

  • Collaborate with the production team to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, particularly related to virtual tours and immersive experiences

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasting to the management team

Requirements: 

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in a technology-based industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is a plus

  • Familiarity with Google Street View and virtual tour technologies is highly desirable

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Compensation Package: 

  • Base Salary + Commission

  • Up to $160,000+ in commission/bonus compensation

Commission: $48,500.00 - $163,000.00 per year
