Are you a creative, organized marketer who thrives on bringing ideas to life? Do you enjoy managing campaigns, content, and social media that drive real engagement and brand growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Google-certified photo agency as a Marketing Coordinator.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that highlight Midwest Pano’s services, support sales efforts, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising.

Create, edit, and schedule engaging content including posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce consistent, brand-aligned collateral.

Assist in maintaining the company website and updating portfolio projects.

Track analytics, monitor engagement, and report on campaign performance.

Manage contact lists and assist with CRM updates for lead tracking.

Coordinate sponsorships, events, and partnerships to enhance local brand visibility.

Research industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to support strategy.
Requirements:​

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in marketing coordination, social media, or content creation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.

Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, or SEO tools is a plus.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Creative mindset and attention to visual detail.
Additional Skills (preferred):

Experience using Google Business Profile, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads Manager

Familiarity with Wix or other website CMS platforms

Basic knowledge of photo and video editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere)

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword optimization

Experience with email marketing automation (MailerLite, Mailchimp, or Sender.net)

Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Comfortable using social scheduling tools like Calendly and Zoom

Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action plans
