Job Description:

Do you enjoy photography and meeting new people? Are you organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking the lead in different environments? We’re looking for a Panoramic Photographer to join our team — no professional experience required.
We’ll provide full training on how to capture, edit, and upload panoramic imagery using our professional systems and Google-certified tools. You’ll represent Midwest Pano in the field, visiting client sites daily to capture spaces and deliver top-tier results.
Responsibilities:

Travel to client locations across the region to capture panoramic images and virtual tour content.

Operate 360° and DSLR cameras following company training and technical standards.

Communicate with clients on-site and guide them through the shoot process.

Manage photo staging and ensure each location is shoot-ready.

Upload and organize image files for processing and delivery.

Maintain photography equipment and vehicle readiness for daily travel.

Uphold Midwest Pano’s quality standards and professionalism at every shoot.
Requirements:​

Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor with clients.

Ability to work independently and manage daily travel schedules.

Interest in photography or visual media (formal experience not required).

Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Experience with a DSLR or 360° camera (not required, training provided).

Comfort with Google Maps, Waze, or other navigation tools for efficient travel routing

Ability to use Google Calendar for managing appointments

Basic understanding of email communication tools (Gmail, Outlook)

Experience with CRM or project tracking tools like Trello or Notion
